Shipping & Returns
We currently ship only within Canada, the United States and the U.K. We use Canada Post for deliveries within Canada (includes territories), United States (includes Alaska and Hawaii) and overseas.
We inspect each item before shipping to ensure that you get a quality product without deficiencies. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to us for exchange or refund, within 30 days after receipt of shipment. We will refund to you the price of the merchandise, less shipping and handling fees. Handling fees will be charged or waived at our discretion solely, after assessing the product that you returned. Our handling fee is 15% of the cost of each item that you return. We will pay shipping for the new merchandise we send to you in exchange, that is due to a manufacturing defect, or a mistake on our part. The Customer will pay shipping for the new merchandise we send to you in exchange for other reasons. Items that have been worn or washed may not be returned for exchange or refund.
